The very talented Andy Jossi and Krissy Vanderwoude come together once more with a single that sparkles in these dark times. I am not sure who Vanderwoude is writing about when she sings “You’re such a beautiful human” but who ever they are must deserve the gratitude on this epic sounding track. The combination of Jossi’s playing and Vanderwoude’s words and voice is always guaranteed to be a winning combination around these parts and Always There is no exception. It certainly paves the way for the forthcoming album in some style.

The band have also recently remixed Callière’s recent single Golden and it appears on the flip side of their new single Tombstones. The JAMC/MBV harshness of the very excellent original have been replaced by a dreamy, spaced out track with the occasional roughness being smoothed.
