Lemondaze – Neon Ballroom

Originally from Cambridge but now based in London Lemondaze have been gigging for a couple of years now. Neon Ballroom is the band’s debut single and I guess all that gigging has paid off as this is a blistering effort.

There is more than a nod to the the shoegazers of years past but there are also elements of those bands who followed prior to the Britpop explosion. Someone on Bandcamp makes reference to Bleach and that’s not a bad shout. If you like your shoegaze intense and noisy then Neon Ballroom should be right up your street.
