Detergente Líquido – Monta Una Banda Para Vender Camisetas

Cadiz based Detergente Líquido have been going for almost eight years now and I stumbled over their Tú Tampoco Eres Como Antes EP back in February and it’s been on my wish list ever since. The female-led tracks such as El Que Piensa en Irse, Es Que Ya No Está and Soplando Por El Tubo are simply divine. A new incentive to purchase the EP has arrived in the shape of Monta Una Banda Para Vender Camisetas (Assemble A Band To Sell T-shirts) which is a compilation released by Japanese label Galaxy Train earlier this month. Not only does it feature the whole of the aforementioned EP it also features choice cuts taken from the band’s back catalogue of albums and EP’s from 2013 onwards. A handy round-up for new fans like me to discover the band even further.

Monta Una Banda Para Vender Camisetas is available on cassette and digital formats from the label. The band’s back catalogue can be found here.
