New to me SDF have just released their new single. Titled Can’t Get High it’s a slice of off-beat electronica that reminds me of all sorts of thing from baggy and indie dance to psychedelic pop. The sort of tune that’s played towards the end of an ahem, “alternative” night in order to make the guitar kids dance. Given that it’s the quirkiest piece of electronic pop I have heard since Warm & Easy by The 2 Bears that shouldn’t be too problematic. It’s backed with Energy (Fossils Mix) and is out now via Lost Map Records at all the usual places.
