Manuel Joseph Walker, aka Foliage, returns with his first new and non-collaborative single in quite sometime. Can’t Go Anywhere is lo-fi bedroom pop that mixes guitars, programmed percussion and probing lyrics. The guitars jangle whilst the words bite against an inconstant music industry and capricious friends. It’s a lovely sounding song visualised perfectly by an excellent accompanying video.
