Go With Strangers is an alternative-rock band, founded by one Eugene San. During 2021’s lockdown and determined to face his social anxiety head-on (his words, not mine) which included picking up the mic for the first time in his life. Go With Strangers is the result.
This Friday (11th February 2022) sees the release of the debut EP Finding Ikigai with Slow Down, Wild One being the second track single from the EP. In contrast with it’s predecessor, the vibrant Further, comes across as a poppier and much catchier affair thanks mainly to the lovely ethereal backing vocals. A nice slab of fuzzy dreampop if there ever was one and very early The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart sounding too.
