Have Tokyo’s April Blue changed their name or is Pink Paper Planes a side project comprising some of their line up? My guess it is the latter. Either way Escapeis a soaring indiepop track resplendent with jangling guitars and catchy female vocals. It’s a bit poppy too, so much so that my j-pop loving daughter gives it a thumbs up. And believe you me. That’s high praise indeed!
