Australian band Lorelei have released their third single in the shape of Pale. It’s a spiralling, ethereal dream-pop track that, like their previous work, echoes to the ghosts of 1980s 4AD. This is due in no small part to the voice of Claudia Schmidt who delivers yet another delightful vocal performance. Lovely despite the sadness of the words.
