Witterings from an old indie kid

The Age of Colored Lizards – Blurry Eyes

Norways’ The Age of Colored Lizards have, over the past couple of releases, moved further and further away from their shoegazing roots and Blurry Eyes is no exception. Sticking with the 1960s psychedelic theme and fuzzy guitars heard on their previous single I also hear elements of Britpop creeping in for the first time giving this track a poppier edge. A case of taking the rough with the smooth!
