Sunday Records have released a second volume of songs as “a (another!) special treat for our fans during the coronavirus isolation”. Once again the compilation features tracks collated from acts on the labels roster. The Proctors open with Only Stupid, a track that started life in the early 1990’s before Japanese Heart Software give us For Another Day which originally appeared on last years Lonely Hearts EP. The Proctors – Letters To The Girl

Letters to The Girl is the Proctors first single since 2016’s Cellophane – if you discount January’s digital offering Icelandic that is. And what a belter we have on our hands, well ears! Jangling guitars, catchy boy/girl vocals and a melody to die for. No wonder their label thinks it will become a “future guitar pop classic”. It’s hard to disagree with that sentiment. The Proctors – Kaleidoscope E.P.

The Proctors releae their new single through Dufflecoat Records at the beginning of next month. It features three songs with the title track being backed by Seven Wonders and Dreaming Of Another on the flip side. It’s available as a 7″ single or digitally and you can pre-order it from here.
