The new single from the Totnes based Pale Blue Eyes is a driving track with a pounding bassline reminiscent of Tina Weymouth and early post-punk Talking Heads. It’s a buoyant track that’s to be sure, with the vocals jumping along nicely to the beat of the bassline. More is out now on Full Time Hobby. It’s backed with an extended version that emphasizes and extends those basslines even further.
