Spanish act April June, aka Victoria Zolotukhina, are fast becoming one of my favourite acts of 2021 and the new single Summer Bruises does nothing to dampen that feeling. It’s another swirling indiepop gem and Zolotukhina’s voice is as beautiful as ever despite the sombre words. Summer Bruises is out now via Spirit Goth Records.
