Seville’s Escuelas Pías have just released their third EP in a musical tetralogy based around plants. Plantas Venenosas (Poisonous Plants) features four tracks ranging from full-on indiepop to synth-based efforts. It’s the lead track Pasatiempos that catches my ears, and no doubt yours too, with its infectious guitars and catchy chorus. It’s guaranteed to have you bouncing around with joy. I need to check out those earlier EPs. Musical gardening? You bet!
