We have not heard from Tape Waves since their excellent Distant Light album back in 2018. They have now signed to Emotional Response Records and they will be releasing their new album Bright via that label on June 4th 2021. The album is also being released by the Japanese label Fastcut Records. The band have also lifted Tired from the album as the first single. It’s a bouncing dream-pop number as the vocals sparkle amongst the glistening guitars. Bright? Yes, it is!
