The new single from Valencia’s Lisasinson Tú Y Yo (You and Me) is taken from their forthcoming mini-album Perdona Mamá. Whilst it still mixes riot grrrl and punk it’s the bands poppiest moment to date despite the words of contempt and frustration when the lyrics are translated. I pity the poor immature fool who is in the direction of their ire!
It’s backed with Soy Una Punk It was originally recorded for Hits With Tits Volume 7 but thanks to its a fine blast of fuzzy punk pop I think it could, and should, have been a single it’s own right.

Finally Míriam from the band released her first solo single back in February, again on Elefant Records, under the name Laborde. It’s not my thing but if you like Europop it may be yours.
