Subsonic Eye – Unearth
Unearth is an extremely catchy song with a gloriously over-indulgent ending from Singapore’s Subsonic Eye. It’s taken from the band’s forthcoming third album Nature of Things which is due for a split release via Fastcut Records and Middle Class Cigars early next year. The album can be pre-ordered in various formats from here.

Cour De Récré – Vice Et Werther
Synth-pop at it’s poppiest can be found on Vice Et Werther which is the new single from French band Cour De Récré. Robotic male vocals combine with euro-pop female ones over a beat inspired by synth-pop down the years. It’s available as a digital single from New Adventures In Pop.

Spotlight Kid – Roller State Disco
Roller State Disco is taken from the EP of the same and is accompanied by a video that is inspired by the short film, Stars of the Roller State Disco, which was directed by Alan Clarke in 1984. The track itself is a fine blend of pop and shoegaze. Check the EP out too as it contains three more tracks including a Ric-IPG rework of the title track and a hazy Seefeel like a piece in the shape of Ember. Look out for further EP’s from the band over the next few months.
