Witterings from an old indie kid

Strangers In My House – Words

Kraków based Strangers In My House haven’t done things by halves on their debut track Words. It’s an epic, sometimes dreamy shoegaze track which keeps flowing in the right direction. The highlight is the unique vocal style which I don’t normally associate with shoegaze, being almost dramatic in places. They initially had me a bit suspect, but they won me over in the end as they found the right balance to blend in with the guitars and percussion. An interesting debut to say the least!
