Talking Flowers is the moniker of Malmö based musician Astrid Lagerstedt. Storytelling is the second single under that name and follows 2021’s self titled debut single. It sounds a bit like if Portishead went down a 1960s psychedelic influenced route rather than the trip hop journey they found themselves on. It’s a quirky mix of hazy electronica which is punctured in places by Lagerstedt’s charming voice. Storytelling, which is backed by the graceful Bedroom wall, is out now via Rama Lama Records.
