I can’t say I was too keen on February’s Buttercup single from Austin’s Glaze which left me somewhat non-plussed with it’s alt-rock meets baggy stance. That said I gave Wave Runner a listen and I am glad I did as it’s a dreamy sounding song especially the intro. I also like the laid back vocal style which for some reason remind me of a deadpan indie dance/De La Soul hybrid! An interesting rather than essential track but one that you should listen too at least once.
