Keep On Mind is taken from the new single Melissa/Keep On Mind from the Japanese shoegaze band Stomp Talk Modstone with Eriko (Plant Cell, Baby Ever Rain) on vocals. It has that vintage, classic shoegaze sound with the ethereal female vocals struggling at times to be heard. The other “a-side” Melissa is just a good with the guitars building up nicely before fading away.
There are two other tracks. The instrumental 17 is pretty much an excuse for the noisy guitars to assemble as per My Bloody Valentine whilst El Mol provides a rework of last years Only Illusion single. The introduction disguises the racket, racket as in a nice way, that follows.
