Hadda Be used to be known as Foundlings a band who have been featured on these pages more than once before. New name, new line up changes with Another Life being the first single to be lifted from their forthcoming debut album of the same name.
Under their previous moniker, the band’s sound had been moving on from its initial janglepop/indie-pop beginnings. Another Life embraces those changes and sees some crunching guitars inspired by grunge and 1990’s alt-rock. Amber Oliver’s vocals are still the star of the show and they soar above the aforementioned guitars and the pounding drums.
The album is due out on April 30th via Last Night From Glasgow. Until then the single can be purchased from here.
