The new single from Ufa’s акульи слёзы (Google translates their name as Shark Tears) is, as the band write, about “difficulties, experiences and feelings that disappear”.
It’s certainly a sorrowful affair as mournful trumpet sound add to the atmospheric feel of the song. Whilst it is somewhat far removed from the bands output I have previously heard (4AD influenced shoegaze/dreampop) it’s beautiful stuff indeed. Gloom rather than Dream pop.
