I have been enjoying Australian band Fragile Animals mix of alt-rock and shoegaze these past twelve months and that does not let up on new track Waiting. Blending melodic guitars, patterned drums, catchy vocals and dejected lyrics this track reminds me of The Heart Throbs in their heyday with the voice of singer/bassist Victoria Jenkins sounding remarkably similar to that of Rose Carlotti’s. Personally, even without the aforementioned comparisons, I think it’s the band’s best moment to date. More please!
