Witterings from an old indie kid

The Colleagues – Arkadia

The last time I mentioned The Colleagues was way back in 2013. I am not sure if they have done anything since then but their soundcloud page indicates not.

Anyway they are back with this slow paced jangling indiepop track which sounds remarkably similar to not only their material from six years ago but also like bands such as Po!, Fat Tulips and Strawberry Story which given their influences should come as no surprise. Hardly original but very pleasant and if female fronted indiepop is your thing this track should be right up there towards the top of your list.

Arkadia is available digitally on Don’t Fade Away Records.
