Brighton based DIY/punk-pop band Haters come out of retirement with an emotionally charged song about mental health, a subject which is close to my heart for a number of reasons. It’s not too hard to feel empathy with the song’s lyrics given how deeply and sincerely they are sung. It’s pretty moving stuff and you can get it from here.
The song has also been released to raise funds for the Solidarity Not Silence campaign which has support from bands such as The Tuts. The campaign are a group of women who are fighting a claim of defamation made against them by a well-known musician. Read more about about the campaign below.
