Los Angles based Soft Blue Shimmer have got the title of this release wrong because there is plenty happening on their debut EP! Encompassing most, if not all spheres, of both dreampop and shoegaze the five tracks here range from the ethereal to noisy. The vocals are careful, delivered gradually as the guitars twist and warp. The blissful Dream Beam Supreme is my pick of the bunch but here is plenty more here/hear to excite!
