Fresh from their techno collaboration with Ellen Allien Italian darkwave act Ash Code return with a new single titled Tear You Down. It’s a hypnotic synth lead track that takes the listener to the darker and gloomy recesses of the genre, whilst the deadpan gothic vocals remind me somewhat of Chris Reed from Red Lorry Yellow Lorry. The thriving bass and synth combination stays with the listener long after the track has ended.
