Singaporean Shoegazers/Dream Poppers have relocated to good old London Town since I last mentioned them. They have also released a brand-new single in the shape of Utopia Reimagined: These Corners. It’s a slow burning track full of atmosphere and haunting imagery. The noisy alt-rock guitars provide a contrast to the voice of Emily Sera, with the track getting both rousing and choral in parts.
The song, as the title hints at, has been written for the Utopia Reimagined series and the bands’ contribution makes me want to explore the other contributions so far.
