Karen, the band who feature Davey Woodward (The Brilliant Corners), Hugo Owen Morgan (Loop) and Tom Adams (Secret Shine) will be releasing their first and most probably last album (their words, not mine) next month.
Self titled, it features eleven tracks including all four songs that appeared on the Karen EP including Carrier Bag and Estuary. Those songs are cheerfully nonchalant and I hope that’s a theme for the album.
Karen is a joint release between Raving Pop Blast! Recordings (UK) and Old Bad Habits (Gr).
