The Other Side of Midnight is the first we have heard from Star Tropics since their 2017 album Lost Worlds. And it’s well worth the wait as they return with a charming indiepop song despite the maudlin lyrics. The band take their cues from the jangling (shambling?) C86 bands and the subsequent Sarah Records roster before applying their own delicious take across the indiepop board. Most marvellous! Love Dance – All The Time I haven’t heard anything from Love Dance in an age and then I heard this and I thought it was a completely different band.
