Another day, another ethereal dreampop/shoegaze track. Battlebots is the debut release from the Texan band Keepsake.

They write that they take inspiration from artists like Cocteau Twins and The Cranberries and I can certainly hear the former here musically and at certain moments with the voice. However the vocal style and arrangements also reminds me of an early Lush. It’s certainly a melodic and serene song and I cannot wait to hear what they deliver next.
