When I covered the debut single Forever With You from the Indonesian band The Pale Love Unseen back in October I mentioned how much it sounded like an early The Pains of Being Pure At Heart. The track now appears on a new EP entitled Fate that features three new tracks.

That comparison still remains especially on the closing track The Point Of No Return but it certainly is not a bad one especially on these lovingly crafted retro indie/twee pop songs. The vocals glide whilst the words are full of melancholy despite hinting at hope. It’s an excellent and a most recommended listen throughout.
