Hiçamahiç – Düşünürüm

Vazgeçme is an attention grabbing track that starts off with a flurry of whirling guitars, which build before finally bursting at the seams. The female vocals sometimes get lost over the noise, but that makes the song more effective to these ears.”

(Durdurdum) “An incredibly accessible track containing all the requirements taken from a now heavily worn shoegaze template. It’s a shame it is so short, but that is part of the song’s charm, I guess”

Düşünürüm is out now digitally via Mezvu Records or from the band.

Crush – Past Perfect

Where Flowers Grow is a dreamy track with its roots firmly planted in the sounds of Swedish indiepop.”

The Rush, which is an appropriate title for this very busy track, is a high octane fuelled indiepop track. It’s very catchy and addictive with it too, as it rapidly encroaches onto bubblegum pop territory, albeit as a modern take.”

Past Perfect is out now, in a variety of formats, from Numavi Records.

Strangers In My House – Leave It Undefined

Undefined is the first taster from said EP and is gothic tinged, mainly due to the vocals, dreampop/shoegaze with an ethereal feel engulfing the track. ”

(Sweet Relief) “The Kraków based band deliver some heavy, psychedelic guitar on this shoegazing track. As ever, the strong female vocals are the focal point”

Leave It Undefined is out now and is available digitally from the band.

The Shallows – Wave States

(Verdant) “Alongside the constant waves of guitar, the vocals of Jess Baggia reach gothic like proportions. One comparison would be the Crane’s Alison Shaw and the quality of Baggia’s voice gives the band a distinctive vocal weapon in their shoegaze arsenal.”

(Soft Night) “Dreamy, erm dreampop from Boston that features strong female vocals and shimmering guitars that glisten and sparkle. Delightful stuff, especially when the tempo increases as the vocals and instruments vie for supremacy.”

Wave States is out now via the band.
