The Primitives – I Won’t Care/Everybody Needs Somebody To Hate

The Primitives have released a new digital single. The band write that “to coincide with and as a counterbalance to us celebrating our past with the Lovely 35th anniversary shows this month, we are pleased to announce the release of a new single.” The single features two tracks. I Won’t Care is vintage sounding Primitives and pretty raw and shambling with it too. The sound of a flexi-disc delivered via bits and bytes! Flip side Everybody Needs Somebody To Hate sounds a bit like the opening of the Buba and The Shop Assistants track Something To Do as Paul Court strums and sings through a hundred and a bit seconds.
