Cotton Candy Clouds is the second single to be taken from the Manila based Cinéma Lumière’s forthcoming album, What’s Life Without Whimsy? Like its predecessor Sunday the track is inspired by twee pop circa post punk/C86. It’s appropriate the word candy is in the title as the song is very sweet. Maybe just a tad too much sugar, but the fact it’s just such a happy and lovely track negates that somewhat!
