Glasgow’s Poster Paints will be releasing their long awaited self-titled debut album in October 2022. To celebrate this fact they have released the third single to be taken from the album, the others being Never Saw It Coming and Number 1, in the shape of Falling Hard.
And, as a comment on you tube goes, what a tune! The track manages to encapsulate almost everything from the Scottish indiepop scene over the past two decades or more. Camera Obscura is the first name that springs to mind but give it a thorough listen and you can hear more of that heritage coming through. Anyway, enough said. Take it for a spin or as I suspect, several spins!
The album will be released by Ernest Jenning Records (US) and Olive Grove Records (UK).
