The contenders for song of the year keep on coming. Originally sounding like a Subway Organisation tribute act (and there is definately nothing wrong with that in my view!) The Fireworks have totally expanded beyond that original pigeonhole and have now gone further musically more than I imagined they ever could after witnessing one of their first ever live shows a couple of years back. The mix between Emma’s vocals, the melodies that scream pop at ya and the fuzzy guitars are simply sublime. Simply put I love this!
