The Echo Signal are a post punk band from Minneapolis whose music errs on the dark side of that genre. Think lots of goth bands and a lot of Joy Division. This is a strong EP if that is your sort of thing. It certainly is mine! Whilst the band are musically and lyrically sound I reckon the droning vocals are a bit like marmite – you will either love or hate them.
