Various Artists – Indietracks Compilation 2013
The companion compilation to this years indietracks festival is now out and features a number of bands previously featured on these pages. There are 47 tracks which is one from each band at the festival and the whole thing can be yours for a minimum of a double nugget. You can get it from here. The festival itself takes place on the last weekend of July at the Midland Railway Butterley, Derbyshire, England. There are still tickets available. Tripping The Light Fantastic / Honeyheads – Split 7″
On their last set of 7″ single releases Dufflecoat Records visited Nagoya, Japan. For this split 7″ release they head to one of my favourite cities Hamburg featuring two bands Tripping The Light Fantastic and Honeyheads. I have not heard of the former though but glancing at their photo on facebook I see that they share at least one member with the latter.
