Autocamper hail from Manchester and consist of Jack (Guitar/Vocals), Niamh (Keyboard/Vocals), Arthur (Drums/Vocals) and Harry (Bass). The demos that make up You Look Fabulous! is their debut release and I have to say I am really enjoying the retro indiepop sound. Never End has an early 1980s Creation feel and if you imagine the Television Personalities combined with The Loft you are halfway there. Bonfire Night is reminiscent of what the likes of The Jeanines have been doing these past few years, although the delightful keyboard sounds give it some diversity.
You Look Fabulous! can be purchased digitally via the band. It is also available on cassette from the US based cassette label Discontinuous Innovation Inc. and comes with an additional track entitled Ken Hom. You can order that from here.
