Melbourne’s Dream Room last few singles has seen a union of ethereal dreampop and shoegaze, a union which has seen pretty effective results. New single Skin thankfully does not buck this trend, resulting in a haunting track packed full of sullen memories with pensive words that echo sadness. Not sure when that EP first mentioned in 2021 is going to materialise, but when it does, I am sure it will be a statement of intent.
